Here are some good sources of samples: KB6.de http://samples.kb6.de/downloads.php this site has all the internal sounds from a range of classic drum machines/grooveboxes/keyboards. Freesound: http://freesound.iua.upf.edu/ this place is HUGE. do a search for whatever you're after (bass notes, trumpet stabs, etc) and chances are you'll find someone has uploaded it. Sampleswap: http://www.sampleswap.org/ This site is similar to Freesound, but is a bit newer and smaller. It has a different range of stuff, including some nice loops which are ripe for chopping. |
