Is it just me (not reading the manual properly) or is there really nothing about marking stuff you resample in the manual?

I looked in the index (back of the manual - a-z section mark is apparently on page 12) and I go to page 12 and it just talks about what the button does.

can anyone help me out here?

I really don't feel like exporting the sample to the card putting it on the PC just to chop it up and put it back on.

I would really like to learn about how to use the 555 to its fullest, and as far as i can see it's pretty difficult with a manual this vague

After you have resampled a sound or loop to other pads, activate the pad you'd like to alter and press mark at the beginning of where you need the new sample to start from and then press mark once again after you get to the point where you'd like the new sample to end. If that doesn't help just let us know.
