Hi again, i have been using the sp as my sound card for quite a while now and usually never had any problems. maybe a crash here and there but nothing like this: i started a new ableton project and got mostly audio tracks in it. one vst so far. when i hit play it works fine but after a little while the sound card seems to crash (the never ending stutter sound-this happens when the vst track loops for a bit) and ableton with it. cant imagine to continue working on this project if that happens every time. actually i remember now, that when i used my internal sound card the same thing happened frequently. that stopped mostly when i started using the sp tho. what could cause something like this? could it be vsts? it should be able to handle the input right? thanks again, got lots of help so far on here and i appreciate it! |
