i was considering buying a sp 404 i was wondering if anyone ever compared the 404 to the sp12 or the emu emax I? |

ur best bet is the 404. the sp12 is raw but u only have few sec. for samplin time. when i would use the sp 12 ill sample some drums in there then dump back into the mpc or whatever other sampler with more time. but a 404 as way more options for u and it has that dirty lo fi sound plus the efx. i was caught up tryin to get an sp 12 or 1200 ,and once i got it i was like its cool. but youll definitely need something esle to go with it. |
