Which is the better the deck? I'm stuck between these 2 because both have crazy pitch features

I like the numarks myself. I use 2 TTXs that I've had since 2002 and still goin strong.

The Vestax are higher end, but I think that second pitch control is too extreme, it has a lot of range and it's really small, plus it's not too hard to hit it by accident unless you put the pitch on lock. I used to have one of those decks.

both good decks. if you're using them primarily for scratching then these decks are perfect. the numarks are IMO better built than the vestax. i personally love vestax products but just because they're priced higher doesn't mean they're better.

the ttx and the tt500 both dropped a few years ago and the quality on those decks is really strong. the numark has more torque too.

I do like the TTX better (I have never tried a TT500), I don't have any idea how it would stand up after years of use though. The layout is really good and you can reverse the place of the controls for battle position if you want.

The TTX is also extremely heavy, the heaviest turntable I ever tried carrying.

I ended up getting the ttx (neither of the two i mentioned lol)... What a fuckin monster this table... They said it was heavy but damn.... This is def a producers turntable with the crazy pitch features and the screen telling exactly how much u pitched it... reverse button is so crazzzy, torque on this is crazy... I didnt even know it had a built in pre amp as well, im running it directly into my sp through a spdif cable ... I am veryyyy happy! Only beef... the platter wobbles a little bit when u press stop...which i really dont care...but its what stops this table from being damn near perfect... biggup to the ttx, i was scared of getting a numark table but i am really impressed

Yeah, rumor has it they are done with their successor too, so we can probably expect something new shortly.
