Seems that the thread has been edited too, It wasn't Euclid Ov Oåklånd who was originally being an ass - but Dr Sample 303, seems something has been altered with the original posts etc?

Ah well - it's water under the bridge now and all cleared up

Edit - i now see that he is 'formerly Dr Sample ...

*Yawn* When did I say this? You assumed this with your 'witty' Ableton live comments...

I asked a question, made a joke and got totally flamed for it

Is this MPC forums?

I've read this forum for a while now and found you DR ...

So basically you prefer a sampler that makes the music for you, that's cool.
Try ableton live I hear you can sleep during a set and it keeps playing, almost like you were never there. Rawsome

Panning

How - if possible - do you pan samples on the 404?

Been through the manual and can't see any info on this.

Surely the 404 can do such a simple thing and i'm ...

Very Quick Q...

Just got the 404 - Having scoured the manual i'm drawing a blank on this question...

Say i'm running the SP on batteries during the day - when I get back to my house - and run on mains power, do I have to take the batteries out to do this?

Surely it won't hurt to leave them in and run on ...

Yeah - it's the comments that the looping capabilities aren't quite there yet that are making me think along the lines of keeping the SBPro. It really is incredibly easy to use - and above all - accurate.

It was really the ability to manipulate loops with the extensive effects capabilities of ...

I want to pretty much use it n conjunction with an Elektron Machinedrum, and a Waldorf Blofeld. After using software for years to produce and coming from a DJ background - I am getting back into hardware in a big way.

Basically I just want to have fun again - the idea of being able to capture ...

Can the 555 replace this?

Firstly -Hello folks, new user here - got one quick question.

I've been looking at the 555 for a few weeks now, downloaded the manual, watched the youtube vids etc and it looks like a very good piece of kit. I'm currently having a bit of a clearout and reorganising things a bit in my humble home ...
