Input questions

hello again.

have a question regarding the input sourcing. whenever i hit the loop capture and then hit play it turns off the input (whether it be mic or line).

a part of how i'm using the 555 is as a live looper as well as a sample bank.

ah i see. let me try that out as well. could be it as i just took a card from my old digital camera and reformatted it.

do you mean when i transfer loops via a card reader from the computer? if so, i don't have a card reader so everything is done in real time via the loop capture.

i've yet to try and load samples straight into a sample bank, and maybe this is where i'm going wrong (i just go the 555 a few days ago ...

i haven't been using autostart though. have just been using a foot pedal to loop capture in real time.

usb

i've been disecting songs i've created in cubase (mac) and then feeding them into the 555 vis usb and the loop capture. then bouncing these to the sample pads.

even with a pure sine tone that has no variation i still get that little glitch when the sample starts over.

any help is much much ...

Seamless looping???

it seems the 555 always inserts a strange digital blip when starting a sample over.
i've been trying to record in some drones to help layer up some sounds and have yet to figure out how to get rid of this break in the sound.
i've tried changing start/end points and can't seem to think of anything ...
