i've been trying recording my beats into my computer. But the sound is just awful and distorted a lot. i use a rca to jack cable, i checked the gains they're both ok, checked my sp volume too. I'm using ableton.
How do artist like dibiase or ohbliv etc. get a sort of "clean" sound?

if loop is off how do i loop it perfectly?what you mean trigger mode? how do i use quantize with the appropriate step?

im having trouble with the pattern mode recently, mostly becouse i never used it before and so i never encounter this issue: when i try to loop a house beat i made with the resample mode into the sequencer the bars(that are usually 2) repeat themselves two times meaning they go 1.1 1.2 1.3 1.4 2.1 2 ...

Hi everyone
im having trouble recording my beats in reaper couse they all get muddy with the samples. I record every "song"(beats and samples) from my sp 404 all at once into my daw. i tried mixing it with eq and comp and etc(in the daw) but i actually dont know what to do. Any help?
