Hello I'm trying to link up my Akai MPD26 to my SP 303 via MIDI. I'm just confused on how to configure MIDI in this situation when there is not that much info on the subject. (I'm aware of the manual, I'm just trying to look for a quick response if anybody uses the SP 303 with a standard MIDI Pad ...

I'm planning to sell my MPC 2500 and to replace it with either a 404sx or 555 to use as a combo with the 303 (since I like the SP workflow)

Any recommendations? I like to use my DAW as my main sequencer instead of the MPC (just my preference)

Sorry if this has been answered or discussed before. Wondering if anyone uses or has used this setup before?

JUST GOT THE EQUIPMENT. REALLY NEW TO HARDWARE MOSTLY THE SP-303

I'm aware there are probably a ton of setup info thru this site, but I'm curious to get a good recommendation in 2017 to set up this combo.

I'm just curious which route to go: Sample thru the 303 -> MPC 2500 or Sample thru ...

Hello. Brand new here, & welcome to take any knowledge and advice. Currently thinking of getting a SP combo. What does everyone think of this combo, and what would u use for as the main sampler? I'm just curious on what everyone would think how this setup would be like?
