Copied & Pasted this from page 39 of the manual.. there's a sticky thread in the S.P.I section of the forum if you don't have a copy.. maybe solves the problem if it isn't a faulty unit? ...

After receiving my new SP in the mail and taking it on a test run, I'm experiencing that the output volume is extremely low and equally low is the quality.
