Is it a bug fix for the Wave Converter software?

I had the exact same problem under those circumstances (short samples, samples disappearing, etc.) I was using a 8Gb Sandisk brand SD card, and the total size of samples was nowhere near that 8Gb capacity and it would ghost out my samples when I tried to exchange them. Not every time, but often ...
