I have 2x 202's my older one has a bit of wobble on the right. The newer one wobbles the same both sides about a 32nd. My 404sx has a little wobble. I think the worst thing that happens is the silver contact coating under the pads starts to wear away. My older 202 is non functional on the left side ...
