Re: gig bag?

I was just reading this post as my girlfriend walked in and put her camera bag down next to me. *LIGHTBULB* I'd have a look around at camera bags 'cause they're really heavily padded with extra compartments for lenses (or headphones, and cables as the case may be) and I'm sure you'll find one about ...

gig bag?

Hey all, a question: the Roland CB-SP1 bag is apparently designed for the sp-555. it also mentions that it is suitable for SP-404(sx) which i have, but is there a smaller gig bag, designed solely for the sp404?

the product itself:

Re: Teebs and his wizardry

Ya, his music is great. I love that drone super reverb stuff with some sweet ass drums underneath and parallel compression. I was jamming at work one day and everyone thought I was crazy, nodding my head so much. Weird being the only black guy in a game development studio. No one really listens to ...

Re: Teebs and his wizardry

well the first track is by mono/poly, 2nd is his (i overlooked it first). and yes, he is using lowkey methods here but basically he conducts whole live acts with it, with a more to-the-core manner. be it built up hit-by-hit or sometimes tossing in loops and just put fx on it. i see samplers as a ...

(SX) wouldn't it be nice, if....

... i could just hold down the PATTERN SELECT button, press the number of 1-12 and let go of the PATTERN SELECT button, to rapidly change? Instead of pushing P.S. -> pattern number -> P. S. again, it would be a very rapid 2-pad change (much like the Effect grab thingie, although that works ...

Re: Okay i got one and i love it (SX), but a few questions...

Thanks all!

It will take time until i get everything straight (heck and i haven't even tossed in the mic question, that just adds an other variable to the equation haha), seems like there are solutions and half-solutions for what i want to achieve here on the 404sx but the worst that can happen is ...

Re: Okay i got one and i love it (SX), but a few questions...

- during a live act, it may happen that i want to make a looped sample just fade in. when i hit the pad, it goes on full volume of course. is it possible to assign a volume knob to the pad so i can just push it at volume 0 and fade it in to some volume? the manual mentioned something like this but ...
