Hi, thanks for your prompt reply. So in other words I have no choice but to get them repaired by a technician. Just a quick question, do you get them replaced by new buttons or just repaired where the damage was? Thanks again.

HI, If anyone has the same problem and/or can help.
Just purchased a Roland SP 606 and some of the buttons like the Pad bank, Exit, F1 Direction down and knob assign buttons, don't respond easy. I'll have to press them 4 to 5 times and with a lot of force so they would work. Is this a common problem ...
