alright, so i just bought an SP-404 (classic) from a close friend of mine today. i consider myself an expert on the 303, but i've always been intrigued by the portability of the 404.

i'm new here.
this sample was actually pretty tough to flip...and it's been a long time since i broke out the ol' 303, so i'm a little rusty- but here is my entry.

Yeah, I forgot I even posted on here last year...and I've been dealing with the same broken knob since then haha. It's still functional- but as you all know, the CTRL 3 knob controls the overall volume/loudness (whatever you wanna call it) for any particular sample. So when I'm playing a sample ...
