Made a beat with a couple sounds from ableton 9 in it, first half is quantized a lil but there isnt any quant in the second half. I think it sounds better w/o. all just beat out on keyboard+ some arp and fx. Work in progress just spent some time on it this afternoon. Influced by ta-ku -ish school ...

Hi, I am majoring in drumset at a music school in LA and like to produce on the side, this soundcloud is a mix of some of my whips. I don't spend very long, work in ableton live etc

thanks bros, a lot of work went into these tracks seein as how i designed and played practically all the sounds (no looping or sampling much going on here)


I consider this kind of a big experimentation in sound concepts and design and will be making another album with much more pronounced melodies ...

I mixed mastered and created pretty much all the sounds, very few patchs used. Made with ableton. Just wanted some feedback, wondered if its good enough to put all on an album.

Well, I actually made these in ableton live, sometimes with acoustic drumset, but mostly played looped/retriggered with pads and my mouse recording master output.
