Trying to control Impulse triggers from 555. See that MIDI signal is getting into Abelton via the little box at top right and have chosen Sp-555 from dropdown, select "in" and Channel 1. Likewise in preferences I've selected all MIDI available for 555 but fail to see any EXT button ...

Yeah, THAT was s stupid question . . . Re-reading the manual helped confirm this. Simply record to a pad using 'Sampling' button. In lo-fi or stereo. Got it. And for transferring stuff from FL studio . . . you save it to a card via a CF-reader then insert into trip5 and bam you have it. Thanks.

Hey Folks.
Still pretty much a newb. I've been getting used to Loop capture for grabbing samples and then saving them to pads, later putting them into patterns.
