anyone grab this when it was offered for free download? I hadnt listened to it in quite a while, but it still sounds fresh. I was wondering what these folks (e.g. Scavone, Bavu Blakes, Pumpkinhead) are doing now - aint much information I can find on the INTERWEBS...

i dig this hard- only thing is - to my ears, you can really tell where the loops are, and how they layer - they are kinda abrupt.. esp the ends - maybe messing with the onset/offset volume envelopes to make it sound more organic.. but yeah my like.

I think ZomB had the best 30-45 seconds- but I felt that lodger had the best complete entry. So, I voted for lodger .... to me, the sample gets flipped across genres but still sounds right.

Standard mixing would be -4dB to 0dB, or to make things easier, let the dB meter hit the red occasionally. If its hitting constantly in the red, then its gonna be a distorted mix. Let it ride in the green or blue area and let the red show ...
