Press [SHIFT] and [FX EDIT], go right to loc. Patchloc or "Patch Location" scroll with wheel to select track pre or post fader, record, master, aux in -out or mic. The same applies to Virtual analog synth.



When I try to save my presets location ( to a track for exemple) when I come back ...

If You had problems sending it,can you use the pc midi cable for normal midi(music)?Maybe the file(s) You used arent correct.I can send You the one I used.
yes it was a basik midi cable ! but I think maybe the midi device ( mt4) did not match. But there is no other way with the first sp model no ...

SO, i tried with no succes to upgrade my sp808 toward Ex with midi cable and a mt4 emagic midi device with a PC
The files came from the 808nation site witch is obviously dead

but I ve got the files but didnt match

the sp is waiting for the signal endlessly

Is this the only way

Mainly You lose the sequencing(recording pad presses instead of recording audio only),and bpm/midi style timing(instead You use time code,i.e. hours/minutes/seconds/frames,as opposed to measures/beats/ticks),and the a6 is a bit sloppier with pad timing,i.e. trigger the pads with say a drum machine ...
