last night after "working" in ableton and maschine for the better part of 3 hours, i found myself feeling stressed out and exhausted. my ears were ringing, nothing i was doing sounded right, nothing was "gelling", everything sounded like a watered down massive attack/portishead rip off etc...i felt ...

this doesn't shock me in the slightest. the 404 can be used in live applications like a REAL instrument. this can't really be said of any other drum machine i've encountered including the almighty maschine (which i love with all my heart).

i use ableton and maschine primarily but i will NEVER sell ...
