I just can't seem to wrap my head around how to make a sample pattern and/or Quantize a beat made in Loop Capture. I know your eyes may glaze over double-time on reading this but I can't ...

searched around on the forums and found Japanese site update link. Sorted out the problem somewhat. Cheers for the words anyways. One more thing. There seems to be almost nothing on sample patterns and quantizing!
The manual speaks in tongues on these matters. Any heads-up?

thanks for the rapid reply. I really don't mind the lethargy of the Wave Converter software, if only it would work. Sampling is the bee's knee alright. But just on the off-chance, is there another recommended software, like Wave Converter, that works with the 555??

Sorry folks, bit lost in a haze with good old Wave Converter. I can see that it is very simple in practice but everytime I go to select the 'SP-555 Card Drive' option to my CF card, a message pops up telling me " The Selected Drive Is Not For The SP-555 ".
