I just bought an "integral" 1GB CF card and my sp-404 won't even turn on with it inserted!?!?

Need SP404 Bass Kick

Well I just managed to delete the bass kick from my SP-404, I thought I was in bank B but it was in A :x . Can anyone help me out? I mean the bass kick that comes with it (default)
