If i'm not plugging the 404 directly into the computers line mic in than what do I plug it into? I know it might be a dumb question but I'm still a novice so please help me out

Well everytime I try to upload anything with my 404 by recording the sounce on audacity, I get a shitload of static on my beats. Somehow some of the samples i had on bank b got deleted which means it deleted those samples from all my patterns and now all my music is fucked up. Is there anyway to restore deleted samples on the 404?

alright well you know when your making a pattern you usually set the patterns bpm to match the samples bpm. How do you decide the overall bpm while looping multiple samples? I hoped that helped.
