when i connected my sp to my comp the files from sp keep showing up as spd files so it wont open them. any software or something to change or convert the file

wht type of equipment would be essential to get to start releasing my beats on the sp onto a cd without using a laptop though

Which SP do you got? If you don't have a computer at all you will definitely need a multi-track recorder with ideally a CD burner in most cases, like for example a Tascam ...

ugh

is there anyway to save effects to a pattern for ex.
ppattern 1 compression and flitler
pattern 2 reverb
without havin 2 go manually and appply that everytime.
btw: no laptop or p 606

what brand of usb do u gys use to connect your usb to a labtop or ocmp because my usb is actin stupid. so i brougt another today and it still wont recongize the 606

two things.

one how to unlock patterns and two can som1 post a manual . not the one from roland.com because it wont download on my comp (my606 came with no manual thanks ebay)

There's alot of great TTs with line level AND SPDF outputs.
Check the upper models of Stanton. This means you can have the digital going into the 606 and also the line level outs (no DJ mixer needed) going to your mixer- mad convenient !

When I say 'line level' I just mean the TT has a switch for ...
