can you set the quantise long term?
just wondering... thats the main thing thats gettin on my nerves about the SP... having to press quantise and then moving the knob... not the end of the world like but.... just wondered if there was a default..

yeah true :)
TBH thats the only thing that is atracting me to the 555... but i can get a second hand 404 for about £160 and the 555 cheapest new is £350.. so a BIG price differance... ive got a little multitrack zoom thing.. I could just record things to that synced with the Boss and them record em ...

Recording Samples and Midi Clock
ive had a quick look at the manual & it doesnt mention this so im presuming it cant do it but...
does the SP allow you to record a sample when either sending or recieving a midi clock signal??
