i *think* that one of them (panda bear) uses two 303's and other bearded guy (geologist) uses a 404, coupled with a few MD players...
i saw em in belgium a couple months ago and they were great...
they got an interesting approach, thats for sure...

im really happy i ended up going the 404... i cant get over how easy it is to use... a great introduction to sampling, thats for sure...
only thing is the pads,,, the ones on the ...

so, i ended up going with the 404...
i did have my eye on a second hand 606, but it went from under me...
picked up the 404 for a pretty good price, and im so glad i did..
i LOVE this thing!!!
within half an hour of having it out of the box.. i had made and chopped my own samples and arranging ...

ive been sitting on this decision for awhile and just cant make my mind up..
i like the idea of the 404 and some of its features, then some of the extra features of the 606 could very well come in handy...
is the storage space on the 606 ...

ive kind of narrowed it down to the 404 or 606...
the 555 looks like its gonna be too much $$$ here...
i like simplicity in my instruments... straight to the point... not alot of screwing around...
