thanks man. i'm still havin trouble with it tho. i have the midi synced up and it'll play the track on the 606 when i hit play in logic, but i'm getting no audio coming thru. I've tried running the stereo outs into my maudio fasttrack -which sux btw ...

with it setup like you have, is it possible to do what i want to do? which is again, to record the 4 separate tracks to 4 tracks on my daw in sync with each other?

what i'm asking is how to do this? does anybody have any experience running this type of process? basically recording the 4 tracks on 4 passes so they all match up perfectly in the software i'm using?

Whattup y'all. i have both logic pro 8 and reaper for my macbook and sp606. i primarily make my beats on my 606 but want to track out to software to do my mixing and add layers etc...

does anybody know what i need to do to sync up the 606 to the software so i can hit record on the software and ...

been rockin a 606 for a bit now making beats but haven't really used it with any software or recorded too much yet. i have a mac and am running OSX. i need something that will let me record into my comp all 4 tracks simultaneously and track them out on the software. and then also ...

what up y'all... been making beats on my 606 for a little bit, but still experimenting with recording. just grabbed an acapella and put it to one of my beats in progress. needs to be mixed better still. feedback welcomed. check it:

alright y'all i tried it last night and it worked. i just tested it with a junk beat. i backed up every pattern to the memory card then went back and deleted the junk beat. then i loaded the memory card and the junk beat came back.
So this works and now i have a new memory card and fresh canvas to ...

cool thanks man, i should have seen that post before. it sort of answered my question. It seems copying patterns to a memory card, removing said memory card and making new patterns on a new memory card, while still having the original patterns on the original memory card will work...
