Yeah, just press Shift+Pitch (or whatever, don't have an ST in front of me right now) and then dial in the pitch and resample it. For warble effect try the compressor at high settings, or even get creative with the Tremolo effect. Resampling is the key to that box. Get a metronome and resample ...
