Moved the setup to a desk and added a in/out selector box so no more swapping cables while recording back and forth between SP and loop pedal. Super fast, no cable mess, hit a switch to swap in's to outs's and no more deafening feedback. Workflow is sweet, monitor Digitone with earbuds to record guitar in time to 404, trim and resample as needed. Digitone controls 404 via midi and record entire performance to looper, then record back to 404 for jam and upload to PC.

Cool, do you have a link to the box you got?

Not yet, Haven't had time to fully test since I finally got it together, working on it though.

Hell yes, good idea! Next step for me I think... I want to be able to switch between bouncing the whole chain back to the 808 or recording to Ableton, plus sometimes I want to 303 at the start of the chain for the pitch effect, sometimes the end of the chain for the compressor...

Just got a bigger tabletop for my height-adjustable desk (love standing up to play) but damn if it's still too cramped to get the 202 in there

@ l i f: Looks great, never tires looking at gear porn.

You could get that 202 in there. Grab a headphone stand or screw a coat hanger in the side wall for quick and cheap.

Oh cool, you got pedals hooked up to the 404 from the Digitone? Thats freaky my man. I got few pedals myself, aint nothing like analog effects in the chain. I recently bought the Sea Machine, its bananas, but if you don't want to spend boutique prices, try the Dr. J Shadow Echo, almost like the Sea Machine but has its own character. ;)

I just got a good deal for the 404A, should be here on Monday. Still got the ol' dirty 303, I wonder how is the differences between the two though I've read about them but experience is another story.

Sorry Ill, just saw this. No pedals in between, Body rez is for my acoustic to give more of fat tone while sampling and the Jam Man express is a stereo looper that I use to bounce and record performances. All works well. I try real hard to not go down that pedal wormhole again, why I now stay away from electric guitar. There are so many good pedals out there that'd I'd prolly lose my house with that addiction. I keep reminding my self that the 404 is all I need when it comes to effects, though that Sea Machine looks awesome.

Posted over at elektronauts but thought the 404 crowd would like this too.
Made with lefty as I banged up my right shoulder and useless atm, as with other things, I didn't do so well with the jig saw but it came out ok.
