I have a 32mb card in my 303 which should give about 16 minutes of sampling time, and every time I reformat the card it gives me that much time but recently after I fill the card then delete everything my sampling time goes down. From like 14 to 12 to 11 minutes, it goes down every time I delete everything from banks C and D until I reformat the card again. Does anyone else have this issue with their 303? I only got it like 3 or 4 months ago but I guess I've been working it pretty hard

Do you save samples from Bank A/B to card?

No I've never specifically saved anything on the card, I always just record stuff and leave it on the pads till I'm done with it then erase.
And I always reformat on the sp, I don't have a card reader

eh. saving samples from A/B to a card takes some space from a card. But that's not your case obviously. Do you erase card pad by pad, or do you erase whole card? (Cancel + Delete + Bank C or D)? Also Saving pattern sequences from A/B or making Pattern sequences in Bank C/D takes some space from a card.

I hardly ever use the pattern sequencer, I'm a resampler all the way I think I've only used the pattern sequencer on my 303 like twice haha and I do both deleting pad by pad when I make mistakes (a lot) and delete whole banks when I finish beats. I'm surprised this isn't a more common problem, I haven't found any other 303 users this happens too
