Anybody got a whole pack of vocal snippits from rap records that they would like to share?

bump!

i am in need of some vocal chops! a lot of "woo's" and "yeah"s would be awesome. i know it's lame to ask for samples as opposed to finding them myself, but i used to have a bunch on a HD and lost them all.

to me the best way is to get a accapella and just chop different vocal cuts from the song and place em into your track.

i do that on many songs after i finish making it, i would load up a different accapellas for the track and just cut different parts to add to certain places in the track.

just saw this thread....

I run a record label selling skratch records, its called Cut and Paste Records.

we also sell digi copies of most of our stuff, and its nearly all vocal chops like you describe. the only difference is they are arranged for use with DVS systems like serato, but all that means is they are grouped at certain BPMs... so not a prob for sampling etc...

happy digging

PS i specialise in scratching vocals if anyone ever wants someone to scratch on their productions!
