your tiny url thing actually brought me to an sp 303 google search(useless)

i thought maybe you could actually post some help. :?

for example: to export on the sp404 to a wav file which can be read in your computer with a CF to USB reader;
you press
'Cancel'-'resample', choose the pad(s) to export, and press 'resample' again

I dont know who's lazier... lonestar or culp (PEACE)

haha :lol: :lol: :lol:

i'll roll through this digital manual..again. and help myself...by reading a PDF , AWESOME! :| :| :| :|

UPDATE I FOUND IT its under the same menu as the format option! BUT labeled as file export

1. Insert the memory card into the front panel card slot.
2. Go to the Play screen (p. 15).
3. Hold down [FUNC] and press pad [10] (CARD UTIL) to get the CARD UTILITY screen.
4. Use [ ] to move the cursor to the “Card Format” line. 5. Press [ENTER] to get the CARD FORMAT screen.
If a memory card is not inserted, the display will indicate “Card Not Ready!”
6. Press [F3] (EXEC). The display will indicate “All the data on the card will be lost, are you sure?”
7. Press [F3] (EXEC) to begin formatting. If you decide to cancel, press [F2] (CANCEL). While formatting is being carried out, the display will indicate “Executing ...”
8. When the display indicates “Complete,” press [F3] (EXIT) or [EXIT] to return to the Play screen. Do not modify or delete the files or folders that are created when a memory card is formatted. If you
do so, the SP-606 will not recognize the card correctly.

SP-303 manual search, useless?
You discovered what you were looking for just by yourself, useless?

:P

EDIT: I have to apologise. 606 d'oh, not 303. Here is the correction:

http://tinyurl.com/yjb4tym

But you already have that one :) The second sentence above is still valid, though.

@Culpit:
DUDE STOP! THAT'LL WIPE ALL SAMPLES FROM THE CARD & LEAVE YOU BEATLESS! :lol: :lol: :lol:

You want to export the samples to the card for uploading into a computer/other SP606, right? Not reformat the card so its fresh, clean & empty?

Exporting in the SP606:
hold FUNC + 10 (aka CARD UTIL) then
File Export + ENTER then
select pad + DEC/INC/VALUE wheel <- for sound format, then
F3/ENTER to execute

Only four steps and you'll keep your samples... If you don't hate your samples.

Or you could just post your machine to other SP606 users in the forum & pay us to do it for you. Chances are I'm in a different country to you so you'll be literally exporting too!
