Cant figure out how to send audio from my computer to the sampler.

i have some samples on my comp i want on the computer and i havent found the flash card yet so i just have a usb cable hooked up to my laptop.

I have dont have the p606 software cause i bought mine on ebay i heard its impossible to get it, so i bought kinetic 2 and have been using it.

the connection is good as far as i know because i been using the 606 to run stuff on kinetic.

I just need to know what to do to get audio from the laptop tp the 606.

I have tried everything i can imagine.

Connect the SP to the laptop via usb cable. Press the menu button on the SP and enter the USB Audio/MIDI screen. On the Output Src option, set it to mix.

You will also have to set the sp either as your default soundcard for your computer or in the application you are trying to use.

Note that audio will only be sent via usb if you have the driver properly installed. If you don't have the driver, go here:

If you are using Kinetic to make samples then you can use the EXT SEQ SAMPLING function to load them into the sp.. This is a good way to load loops, especially if you wish to timestretch them in the future.
