Since I bought the SP-606 I noticed my buttons were kinda stiff, I never tried the 606 before I got mine so I didn't knew it was like that or was something wrong with it, anyways after more than one year of use I got tired of need to press some of the buttons more than once to get them to work and I decided to replace the tact switches, I took advantage and I also replaced the jog wheel post, I replaced all the tact switches... this is a brand new 606 right here! completely different machine now!.

Anyways since most of you probably never saw a 606 from the inside, I thought I should share the pics for your eyes....

As you can see there are 3 main boards, the mother board, the ins/outs board and the top PCB board which is the one with the tact switches and knobs, etc... pretty simple but super complete sampler... I just learned to love it and besides my 505 they are my favorite SPs on the series...
Peace.
