Uumm I tried two ways of doing it. One with the sp606 and the other was with my Yamaha kx25. There's no clock I am sending but the sp808ex os files which are in midi song file format. I am using Roland's UpdSMF program to try and update the sp808. I can see both the sp606 and the kx25 in the UpdSMF program. Its as if the data leaves the pc and stops in the sp606/kx25 somewhere.

I think I will just live with the os I have maybe until I get an audio interface with midi.
