basically i'm trying to free up some memory so i can have more sample time cause i have no more...

can i save "user bank samples" to card? or do the samples have to be from the "card bank?"

cause i was able to save samples from user bank to card...

which leads me to: can i go ahead and delete the samples from the user pad bank?

then reload the samples again w/ it being erased...

makes sense??? :?

if you want to use the samples again without loading my advice is to copy (with the clipboard function) the samples from the user memory into a card bank.
doing the "save user bank to card" the sp does a backup file but you cannot use them from the card, you have to reload them in the machine.
