Hi Everyone,
I just bought an SP 505 a couple days ago. :D
A couple question:
1,
I recorded a sequence with a measure of 2 and after, I change it to 4, so I had 2 blank sequence on the end. Can I copy the first 2 complete sequence to the 2 new sequence?
2,
When I record numerous sequence, and I'm about to record one, can I turn off the part what I want? It's seems like I can't and sometimes it's just hard to record when all the recorded part is playing. :?

Thanx

Thanx! :?
1, That's sucks
2, Well, yes there is a techique to solve, I basically "mute" by adding some effect on those "annoying" samples. :) (isolator or something like that, I don't remember. I did this technique when I had a 404 for a couple week)

How exactly do you do this? I have never been able to figure it out.

this is useful when you play patterns: if you record -for example- drums on part1, synth on part2 etc you can mute/unmute parts when you want while playing, just pushing the button's parts...

riiiight, but that doesn't work while recording, i don't think....i think on record, it plays all four tracks, which is why you'd wanna use the isolator or whatever, to mute stuff that will confuse you while recording.
