When I press the on button the power doesn't seem to turn in. Instead I need to twist the power adaptor cord around until it works. Sometime even when I twist the cord around it still won't work unless I put pressure on part on the cord. Im guessing that this problem will be solved if I get a new power adaptor but do have to get the boss brc 120t power adaptor that comes with the unit or could I get something like this

Has anyone tried something like this?

I've found that in my experience using universal power supplies can work, but it can also be risky. A lot of times when you buy third party adapters they end up being janky (they will get hot or hum). A good universal PSU can do the trick, but they end up being about $30. I find it's always easier to buy original pSU if possible, it saves time, stress and possibly a fried machine. Just buy the boss one and be done with it :)

Well, a 606 ac adapter can power a 303 and the 303's can power a 606. It might be possible if you know what I'm thinking.
