this seems very interesting, the dx7 is big keyboards if you have rpoblem of space and the dx200 is unexplainedly more expensive of it; the dx reface is more expensive than the dx7 and the dx200...so, if the volca fm has the same range price of the other volcas, this could be a best seller...
...an fm alternative wich i have is the great tx81z, but a bit tedious to program...for 9euros i bought once a very cheap fm basic synth, the yamaha pss390...

If it costs remotely the same as the previous volcas it´s really a no-brainer for me. Minilogue looks DOPE also... Korg is really killing it ATM.

But you can take the volca on the bus or train or whatever, whip it out and start messing around making new sounds to use later in beats or whatever... This has the widest sonic spectrum of the volca synths and has 32 memory locations, sounds like "Volca Sound Design" to my ears :D

I'd want at least 2. And fill them with different patches. One maybe for more digital bells, chimes, gongs, etc. The other for more FM bass sounds. I actually have a DX200 myself, so I'd really love to sequence them from my DX200.

Yamaha reFace DX can't use DX7 patches. But Korg Volca FM can. But I think if I later got the reFace DX, I'd have loads of FM possibilities. For now, I have a Moog Freqbox to pay off.
