Is it just me, or is Thomas using that Lemur as a sampler?

yeah, they are definitely running ableton. it just never occured to me that the lemur could be used to do that.

and it looks like thomas's & guy's outputs are linked, so that guy could effect everything thomas was sampling.

I'm not convinced by the lemur - you could have a MASSIVE bank of knobs and sliders for that kind of money...It [the lemur] seems like being flash for the sake of being flash to me :lol:

further proof of a collective consciousness;

i was thinking a couple months ago; i was dreaming a of computer screen like an etch-a-sketch that could have mass storage capabilities and basically work like neke/miko does but with a touch screen. creepy...

cool for sure,
but IMO touch screen will always fail without tactile feedback

I dunno, his lyrics are often pretty dope, but it's not my favorite rapper either.

well, when you are robotic parisian duo blasting electroc-disco from a giant pyramid/LED display - why not have some flashy touch screens to go with them moogs?

Have you seen them play live? Their music is all about big, big soundsytems - the most basic sound is incredible at 40000 watts... Like Tiesto's sets - they only sound good on massive speaker stacks :lol: They create a pretty powerful atmosphere so long as there's the juice to back 'em up:D
