as i stated in my previous post, if any artist i sampled ever reached out to me and had a problem, i would remove the music. all the artists i sample are old or dead, irrelevant. sampling is not equal to transposing.
you have obviously never made a beat on an sp303 or for that matter any hardware only beat therefore your opinion is invalid.

404 is 151646516546x easier to use than 303
