Is it possible to play a pattern just one time, instead of loop it?

You can use resample and record the sounds you would have recorded in the pattern sequencer to a pad and then just set it for single shot play.

Of course, but you could put it on gated play back and just let up on the button when you get to a certain bar, it's really not that difficult.

i know a sollution that micght work.. one problem with pressing stop is that it cuts of your sounds... so if you f.ex. have a cymbal sound it will cut it out before it is done.

what you do is:
record a sample, create a pattern with that sample, delete the sample.. now play back your pattern you want to hear and then play back the empty pattern. this works on my 404, not 100% shure if it will work on the 303...
