Man, start to use your sampler and stop asking..
Sampling depends on you and your sampler and source samples...
too much asking = less using your sampler
This is sampled flute and harp i guess, sample resolution is low.. low as you can get...

I'd pick it as some west coast jazz, probably from the 50's, maybe from the early 60's. Might even be like Lounge Music or easy-listening, elevator music type of stuff that reached it's peak-popularity by the mid sixties.

Jazz is a huge genre with as many side-roads and variations as there are instrumentalists - you'll learn far more about music listening to records than by listening to 'beatmakers'. If you find a particular instrumentalist you like (for example a flute-player) then you need to check their whole discography, pay attention to who they are playing with and follow down the rabbit hole. For stuff that works well for sampling in the style of the clip you posted I would suggest starting with a youtube search jazz flute 1950's or something and check playlists out there until you find something you like.

I think some ppl are 1. really covetous of the sample-gems they have found, 2. resentful of ppl who don't want to "put in the work/effort" of digging and discovering.

Fair enough too imo

That said, I think it only fair enough to give ppl pointers about where to BEGIN looking when we're dealing with over 100 years of recorded music in this year 2020.
