I got 2 samples on my SampleTrak.
I got one at the tempo I want it at.
The other is a bassline loop that I want to match the BPM to.

How do I do this?

I tried using time stretch but I spent like a hour and gave up.

There has to be a way. There's a damn BPM button that I don't know how to use.
And I have no idea how the Tuning pad function works.

Is there a way to match up the BPMs and make my life easier?

Thanks brother. I'll try it out.
Funny thing is I have the manual somewhere, but I never read it.
One day I'm gonna have to break it out and go through everything.

if you use times stretch effect, you can stretch the sample without changing the pitch. when you turn the edit1 roll, you can press the pad sample and see the bpm changing

I didn't like the way it sounded using auto sync BPM.

So I did a combination of Tuning function and timestretch and it came out pretty dope.

I still need to get a 303 so my timestretch gets that wobbly sound.

havnt fired up the st224 for a while, but when i was making beats on it, if i has 2 samples, it was very easy to match 2 loops together by pitching the samples, there is a bpm loop match feature where you can match 2 loops , simple easy .
