yo does any one have any good tricks for a low pass filter?ive tried to use the isolator then reasmple usin the filter but i cant get it to sound the way i want.i wanna be able to get a deep bass sound out of a sample by usin a low pass filter.any sugestion would be great thanks!

Your doing it right, but now you may have to eq it also (depending on how it sounds). remember that it's hard to make something bad sound good, but you can make something that sounds good, better.

i resample the isolator over and over again untill i got it all filtered out and like rox says maybe with a little help of EQ

no, hence the name lowpass; the low frequency pass while the high frequencies get filtered out :-)
