Hey guys! Got myself a SP404SX a few hours ago, and I totally love it.
I've been working on a simple beat, with a sample, a kick and a snare.
When I play it normally, it totally works, but when I try to sample myself playing the pattern, the sample keeps cutting off. Any idea what I do wrong? I've been looking in the (digital) manual, but I couldn't find anything about it.

Thanks!

Edit: Just found out the SP can only play 2 stereo sounds when recording, so I resampled the drums to mono, but the samples still cuts off :(

It's got limited polyphony man, for resampling you've got to build it piece by piece e.g sample and hats resampled onto one pad, then resample that onto another pad with the kick and snare
