recogniced a bug sum days ago... imagine u got a sample, lets say a 16 bars bassline and some good oneshots (guitar sounds or whatever). if i make my drums, record the bassline-sample and then in a further step hit the oneshots some times, the bassline interrupts and stops playing... anybody got this problem too? i think it`s depending on which pads the samples are lying on, because sometimes it`s interupting, sometimes not, maybe u got some suggestions.

greetings

the sp-404 have 12note polyphony.. that means you can only trigger 6 sounds at a time if all the sounds are in stereo... i guess that's the problem...

yeah. the sollution is to record everything you can in mono. bass lines f.ex don't need to be recorded in stereo..

Either work with a shorter sample or make some of your stereo samples mono, my drum sounds are always mono in order to keep more free voices for chops and what's not.
