I got the sx not too long ago. It works well, but I always run into the same problem while resampling.

The pad that I want to keep looping (usually a drum pattern) always stops at a certain time when I press another pad during resampling. I'm guessing it overrides the other pad, but I still want it to play. It sucks lifting and repressing it again because there's a pause between loops and it gets a bit sloppy. I've tried every combination of the sample mode for each pad, but it still does it.

Thanks to anyone that can help. Bless.

You are maxing out the polyphony. While resampling you can only play two pads in stereo mode, or four in mono. A way around this is to resample two pads to one, then resample that pad with another and so on. Or just switch the pads to mono.

I'm having the same issue. I forgot about the fact that stereo sucks up the polyphony. I did the same thing to get around it. Overdubbed my samples onto fewer pads. I can't afford a long acapella/drum sample cutting out on me during a performance.

You have to record in mono (or import a mono sample). If you already have a sample in stereo, you can just resample it in mono.
