Let's say I've made a pattern. Now i would like to put in some extra hihats. Is it possible to go in and edit a pattern after it is recorded?

The answer is... record the extra hihats in the existing existing pattern. When you press the rec button in pattern mode you can either select an empty pad but you can also select a pad that has already a pattern assigned to it. This way you will be abble to record extra events to the already recorded pattern.

and you can also delete notes as well...jus press rec and delete...then hold down the pad/s when you don't want it to sound(in real time)

you could use the pattern copy technique and then redo different chops/hits and samples
