Loops and vocals on the 202.. yes, he records vocals with the internal mic while triggering the pads.. this dude is insane!

by the way how can you record your vocals like that? does the 202 have a dedicated audio track or something? i thought it had little sampling time.
but that queen track is so ILL!! dude better drop an album.

how can you record your vocals like that?

We're working on that now, but yea, he amazed the schyt outta me when I first seen him doing a show with one turntable, a dat machine, and the 202. He doesn't have much, but he works what he got. And for records, he has about 30 of them.. not 1000 crates like some people (including myself)..
He records his vocals while playing the loops (from what I heard), so I'm assuming the vocals are just big samples assigned to pads. After, he records his stuff to dat.. no pro-tools, no 4 tracks cassette. The dude is on some other schyt! :)
